Get together here, swing the wooden spoons and later find a good night's sleep in the comfortable bedrooms on the upper floor.



From the terrace, you can enjoy marvellous views of the sea and experience unforgettable sunsets. The well-tended garden invites you to relax with a pool and sun loungers, while the barbecue is ready for delicious al fresco meals.



Petrane is located between Zadar and Nin, two towns with a rich history and numerous sights. Zadar delights with cultural highlights, restaurants and a varied summer programme. Nin, the oldest Croatian royal town, impresses with its sandy beaches and historic buildings such as the smallest cathedral in the world. Choose Villa Oleander and enjoy walks along the beach, Dalmatian cuisine and the unique atmosphere of the region.
