Really recommended

This apartment has a wonderful position right on the sea front. There is a shaded terrace and we were outside all the time. We chose it partly because it has two bedrooms each with a bathroom so it is perfect for two couples to share. There is a good restaurant just five minutes walk along the sea front and two others about 15 minutes walk. The local bus to Zadar comes very regularly and is cheap. We had a car but used the bus also as it is so convenient and saves parking hassle. You can do a day trip to Plitvice Lakes NP from here easily and do the long trail there. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Ferienwohnung Maras, Zadar

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Lage direkt am Meer und besitzt zwei Nasszellen mit Douche und WC. Im Übrigen ist die Wohnung einfach, zweckmässig eingerichtet, aber veraltet. Der meerseitige, Vorplatz dient auch als Parkplatz. Wenn beide Wohungen im Haus vermietet sind, bedeutet dies zwei Autos direkt vor der Wohnung, welche den Blick aufs Meer beeinträchtigen. Zudem waren während unserem Aufenthalt Bauarbeiten auf der Strandpromenade, wie auch auf der seitlichen Zufahrtsstrasse im Gange!

Die Lage ist perfekt und es ist sehr sauber. Die Stadt ist auch sehr nah genauso wie Geschäfte. Eventuell könnte man die Wohnung mit besseren Kissen ausstatten und man sollte auf jeden Fall Mückenspray mitnehmen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Frühstück und Abendessen direkt am Meer mit Blick auf die Inseln waren wunderschön.

Die Ruhe am Morgen ist bald vorbei.

Es ist nicht daran zu denken vom späten Vormittag bis zum späten Nachmittag auf der Terrasse ein Nickerchen zu machen. Es waren eine Menge lärmender Kinder am nahe gelegenen Strand. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer

Die Wohnung wird tatsächlich nur vom (privaten) Parkplatz und der Fussgängerpromenade vom Meer getrennt! Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist einfach aber zweckmässig und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein gutes Restaurant sowie die Bushaltestelle mit regelmässigen Verbindungen nach Zadar sind nur 5 Minuten Fussweg entfernt.
