Though it is located in city center, apartment has secured private parking place. Building is equipped with elevator.
This modern apartment is equipped with beautiful , carefully chosen furniture, in comfortable , light space. What makes apartment "Eli" so special:
-apartment is located on great location- ( 5-10 minutes by foot to public beach Kolovare, up to 10 minutes walk to Zadar peninsula/old city center)
- apartment is located in new apartment building with elevator
- whole apartment is airconditioned (there are 4 AC units in the apartment)

This is a lovely and spacious apartment equipped perfectly for five people.
Lovely living room is a nice place to relax with air-conditioning, dining table for six, sofa, Cable TV, WiFi.
Kitchen is fully equipped so it can fulfil all of your wishes with a stove, oven, water kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and kitchen utensils are provided.
Bathroom is very cosy with a bathtub, hair dryer, toiletries and washing machine.
Also, amazing balcony with outdoor furniture overlooking the city centre is perfect to enjoy summer days.
