"The Reception Manager was very rude and told us that they need to charge extra mandatory fees onsite amount whitch is more than 4 time while our hotel.com document statest this is not acceptble for us, The hotel room temperature was set at 18 degrees Celsius which was very cold and there is NO heater. If we need to turn on heater, we have to pay EXTRA cash for electricity per degree which is ridiculous."
