"We had a great stay as a family of four in the Mini House. Kitty and her family could not have been more welcoming. The house was perfect for our needs for a one night stay, exactly as described and very clean throughout. We especially enjoyed being able to use the pool and seeing the animals. "My advice is DONT USE THIS PROPERTY. *No details of property until 24hrs before I arrived. Got photo's only to findout I was on the top floor with 3 flights of stairs . *No personal check in ALL done on line. * The area is ( quote by a taxi driver a bit dodgy although I found the people in the area to be very helpful & nice people. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN ,OVER PRICED & NO PERSONAL SERVICE AT ALL ."

"Very Walkable to all the monuments and attractions, lots of choices to eat and drink, 20 min tram ride (T3 only now due to maintenance work) to reach the hotel. The rooms were clean but very tight spaces not an extra inch avble in any corner for huge luggages. Free Coffee/ machine available in the lobby. The front desk staff were helpful and even gave the room an hour early at no extra cost. Overall a good budget stay."

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and approachable, which made check‑in and any questions throughout my stay really easy. I also appreciated being able to use the ironing board in the laundry room, and the staff were kind enough to store my medication in their fridge. The location worked perfectly for me. The train station is only a five‑minute walk away, with direct trains to Bruges and Antwerp, and there’s a bus right outside the station that takes you into Ghent. I also enjoyed the 20‑minute walk into the city. The hotel was clean, housekeeping came every day with fresh towels, and the WiFi was reliable. My room had a TV and air conditioning, which made it comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, a very positive experience."

"We had a great stay here with our one year old and three year old! We appreciated the cot and rollaway bed set up upon our arrival, and the walk to city center was about 15 min so not too bad. "We did not like the self check in machines, there were 3 staff members who just sat there doing nothing, while we did their work, including making our own key cards! The duvet was soiled, it had 2 very large stains on it (fortunately, it was hot so we only used the cover which was clean). The hotel only provided 1 bathrobe and when we asked, they said they didn't have a 2nd available. The parking was an additional 10 euro fee per day, which was not noted when we booked. There should be a handrail in the WC since the toilet was very very low. The fridge in the room did not work/was not cold. There was a very good lock up for our bikes, but it was very small for the number of bikes that were there."

"Big room, whilst it advertises a coffee maker, only one pod was provided and 2 tea bags. No milk. The room was clean. But no house keeping if you stay less than 7 days. So make your bed and tidy up after yourself. The hotel is 10 mins walk from the city, so conveniently situated. But it is on a street that is pretty shabby. Staff were friendly. The communal areas are modern"
