A really lovely stay with superb service and delightful food. Hotel is full of character but the rooms are rather dated. Will definitely be returning with friends next year a lovely experience and hopefully overtime, money will be spent on the interior. The food is superb. The scenery is unparalleled.

Charming hotel

Wonderful location for the view of the Alps. Great breakfast both in food selections and seating. Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel has a lot of old world charm.

Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört was der Nachbar macht. Ich hatte noch dass im Zimmer über mir Stühle gerückt wurden und man meinte die Decke kommt runter. An Nachtruhe war nicht zu denken. Bin froh, dass es nur 1 Nach war. Restaurant und Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Gammel og flot historisk hotel

Flot beliggenhed oppe på Jura siden med udsigt til Nechatzel søen. Gammel historisk hotel som har masse af sjæl og dog trænger til lidt påfriskning, især fitness rummet.

Opholdet var okay når man skulle være der en nat. Udsigten var det som de vandt på for alt andet var så slidt som det kunne blive, minigolf og tennisbanen var ikke eksisterende. Der var adskillelige hunde over alt på hotellet.

Très mitigé, hotel médiocre mais resto parfait

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 2 et bien demandé un lit double, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec 2 lits simples mis une place l'un à coté de l'autre. Pas 2 matelas mais bien 2.lits avec bois de lit... pour un couple en vadrouille il y a mieux. L'hotel etait bondé au dire de l'hotesse (nous n'avons pourtant pas vu grand monde) mais que dans tous les cas, pour eux, c'etait bien un lit 2 place donc tout etait conforme.. l'hotel aurait grand besoin d'une rénovation générale, boiseries, mobilier, moquettes, joints de douche (noirs). Rapport qualité prix plutot mauvais. PAR CONTRE, il faut souligner l'excellence du restaurant et du service. Des plats travaillés, tres fins, une belle carte de vins (pour les amateurs) et un personnel avenant et souriant. Zt une piscine fort agréable. Pour finir une vue absolulent exceptionnelle.

Magnifique endroit !

Superbe hôtel dans le style « Belle Époque », très propre et avec des employés accueillants, aimables et serviables. Petit déjeuner excellent (fruits frais, viennoiseries, charcuterie, fromage, pancakes et j’en passe). La chambre n•65 était simplement magnifique avec une très belle vue sur la plaine et le lac Leman. Petit bémol au niveau de la salle de bain qui est un peu « cheap » en comparaison du reste. Mais très bonne expérience dans l’ensemble.

Service et Cadre exceptionnel

J’aimerais revenir beaucoup plus souvent. C’est toujours un plaisir, le personnel d’accueil, du restaurant et d’entretien est très sympathique. Le restaurant propose de succulents plats, le petit déjeuner est garnie et varié. Je ne parle pas de tous les services que propose l’hôtel ( piscine couverte chauffée, hamam, sauna, salle fitness,...). Mais par dessus tout, le cadre est magnifique. Accès rapide aux pistes de skis et de randonnée offrant un point de vue exceptionnel.
