"This hotel has everything, t they have thought of every single detail from baby food in the restaurant, robes for children and adults, to kids indoor play area supervised 9am to 10pm... and you can leave your child while having breakfast or dinner. Very well organized, great pools and food, walking to trails in the forest. My kids didn't want to leave"

"Velingrand: A quiet town that offers nothing besides some taverns/restaurants and small shops.Dont visit if you are looking to have fun. NOT recommended for young people! Hotel: Generally a nice hotel. Staff is professional. However indoor SPA pools are outdated and need to be modernized. Also, there arent many activities to do; They could at least arrange for a walk in the park or music events. Dont go there if you are too active.Go there to isolate from everything"

"The hotel lived up to its 3 stars. Rooms are spacious and clean. I'll start with the cons: We stayed 3 nights and our rooms were not cleaned once during our stay. Towels could be exchanged for fresh ones at the spa reception. The food in the restaurant was ok but there is a lot to be wanted if they want to cater for international guests. Lunch was really good, dinner was sufficient- mainly Bulgarian traditional dishes. Dont expect anything international or exciting but the food was tasty and...
