I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. The hotel was exceptionally clean, stylish, and comfortable, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere throughout. The location was also excellent, with easy access to the train and subway, convenient connections to the airport, and plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment nearby.
What impressed me most was the staff. Everyone I met was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality made me feel very welcome and comfortable during my entire stay.
I also really enjoyed the restaurant and bar. The atmosphere was great, the food and drinks were excellent, and the service was consistently friendly and thoughtful.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo and would definitely choose to stay here again.

The staff was incredibly patient with my friends and I. They even held our bags for us after check-out so we could explore a little longer before our flight! Also, despite being so close to subway tracks, we were able to sleep very well and couldn't hear the trains at all! I would definitely stay here again.
