"What mostly started well turned sour. First it was the lack of generator when the power went out during a winter storm. Then it was the owners continuously checking on us. Now the owners are filing an inflated claim for cosmetic wear and tear (light scratches that would occur on a brushed black stair case that can easily be sprayed with thin coat of paint or poly). "

Nicely equipped with extra bedding and plenty of towels and toiletry items. Crockpot included and well stocked dishes and kitchen utensils. Game room and loft area for kids were a hit! "We highly recommend the Pleasant Lake Resort! Accommodations were perfect for our 3 generation family “Snow House” gathering. The hosts were very responsive & provided a clear & seamless check in/out process as well as recommendations for local businesses & activities. The accommodations were clean and well cared for. We were able to sled & skate on the lake and would love to return to enjoy the beach during the summer."

"The place was clean and smelled wonderful! The layout was efficient and felt roomy. Had all appliances we needed. We went to Crystal Mountain and Caberfae and this spot was right in between the two ski resorts for easy travel. We enjoyed our stay tremendously! "
