Great location with plenty of parking for boats and trucks.
House is roomy and clean. Owner is quick to respond to any questions. Overall great place to stay!
The house was perfect for our group! The kitchen is well appointed, everything you need to prepare meals is there. The entire house was very clean and well maintained. The host was very easy to communicate with and cordial at every step. There was plenty of parking for our 3 trucks and boat trailers. We'll definitely book this place again for the next event!
We had a great stay at Desert House I. Tiffany was very accommodating with an earlier check in to get our food in the fridge and get out on the water our day of arrival. The 3 bedroom looked just as the pictures and there was a roll out bed that came in handy. AC works great. Awesome having a private dock for your boat so you don’t have to drop in and out every day.
First. I hadn’t ever stayed at Martinez Lake. The house was way more than we expected. There wasn’t anything we needed. Other than food and drink. Very well equipped. Quiet during the week. Just what we needed.
The property was better than I expected. This was my first time booking through Vrbo so I really did not know what to expect but overall, this was a great experience. Everyone was happy with the home and the private dock is a plus!
Host was fine, house was good. We were there to fish a tournament and the place has plenty of parking for 3 trucks with bass boats. The private dock is over-grown and almost impossible to access. House was clean and very functional for 5 grown men. However, the air-conditioning did not work during our stay and the place was very uncomfortable at night. We had to open every window and arcadia door just to make it tolerable to sleep. Fortunately, it wasnt summer, but Arizona can still get plenty warm in November.
