Welcome to our charming second-floor studio, exuding a vibrant river-themed ambiance nestled in the heart of Downtown Yuma Historic District. Our goal is to provide you with a unique, modern, and impeccably clean space to ensure an unforgettable stay. Two bicycles included with each reservation.

Step into our open-concept studio featuring one bathroom, thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Unwind in the plush king-size bed or utilize the double sofa sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements. The space boasts moderate kitchen amenities, ideal for preparing simple meals or assembling a delightful charcuterie board. Whether indoors, lounging around the TV, or outdoors, relishing the serene atmosphere on the deck with cozy patio furniture encircling the inviting firepit, relaxation is guaranteed. The deck is a shared space with the adjacent unit.

Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance with automated keyless entry. Please note that access to the unit is via a single staircase leading to a spacious shared deck. Guests with large suitcases are advised to plan accordingly. However, we're happy to accommodate special arrangements with advance notice.

The property was exactly what I was looking for. Small, but felt spacious and had all of the amenities I needed when spending a week in Yuma for work. It’s quiet, parking is easy and the host Casey was very responsive!

Great Location!

Right in the heart of downtown Yuma but also very quiet and peaceful! The perfect space to walk around historic Main Street and enjoy the many restaurants, shops, and theaters. The space is very clean and looks brand new - you cannot beat the value this place offers in this location.

The space was bright and clean with modern and simple decor. The parking was directly at the door. I loved that I wasn't in a hotel sharing space with other guests and that I could visit a historic museum with walking trails on the river just 5 minutes away. It was very quiet and peaceful even though it was on the back of main street buildings. There were a couple of good walkable restaurants. Casey was responsive and friendly. I would 100% stay there on my next visit.

Amazing Rental and Rental Manager

This rental made my stay in yuma amazing. It was very clean and even came with an ice maker, a lifesaver in the heat. There were no problems and the manager communicated promptly and was great. I can not recommend this stay more.

Super clean and very spacious, like it was just renovated yesterday. This may be the only option for staying in Yuma's historic downtown. You can easily pay twice as much to stay several blocks from the action and without any privacy. I loved the giant patio. So enjoyable on a warm summer night with a light breeze.
