Very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to accommodate for an earlier check-in. Rooms were clean and felt homey. Great location as well, as it was a 5 minutes walk from Busan Station and the KTX. There were also many great places to eat nearby. Room also had a dry cleaning amenity which was very cool. Overall, the stay was very memorable and will always be a place I would love to re-book in the future.

The hotel is in need of a thorough cleaning and renovation.
The bathroom ceiling showed signs of water damage, and the cleanliness was very disappointing. I would strongly advise against looking under the sofa cushions, as what I found was absolutely disgusting.
Hot water was also limited during peak hours, which made showering inconvenient. There were only two washing machines in the building, and one was out of order during my stay.
Breakfast was acceptable, but nothing special.
The biggest positive is the location, which is quite convenient. Unfortunately, the poor cleanliness, maintenance issues, and limited facilities detracted significantly from the overall experience. The hotel has potential, but it needs serious attention to cleaning and upkeep.
