Overall a newer clean hotel at a reasonable price. Outdoor pool was nice. Breakfast o included hot foods. The staff was all very nice and welcoming and helpful.

Hyatt Regency Jacksonville
Whole stay was terrible. Not worth the price. Room was terrible, staff was terrible, everything smelled or was dirty , the elevators sucks. Will not recommend or stay here again ever.

The beach view from our villa was mostly obstructed. The listing showed a balcony, but our room was on the ground floor with a patio that had no lighting, making it unusable at night. Oceanfront Oasis!
Beautiful condo. Very comfortable. Had a problem, which was addressed promptly. . I do wish that there were usable beach chairs. The ones that were there were rusted and broken. Overall, an enjoyable time.
