Thank you for your commentary, it is very important to us. We apologize first. We always send house-guiding book through e-mail before our customer check-in. Also because we have introduce everything that the customer need to know and prepare all the stuff that they need, if there don’t have necessary then our staff will leave the house to all the customer. If there really have something that our customer can’t handle, they always can call our number for help. On the other hand, the room here are all using open-design. We have do our best to put the room’s photos on the internet to tell the customer that we are using bathroom-bedroom open-design to prevent the confusion. Shaoguang-188 was a micro-operating hostel and it’s different with the normal big hotel, many things are still not so thoughtful. Sorry about your experience, hope you have a great day!
