"Everything about the property was perfect. The spacious backyard was nice for our dog to run around and stretch his legs, and the hammocks and swing were fun to just sit back and relax. We loved going outside to stargaze and just enjoy the quiet and peaceful surroundings. There were even dog and infant supplies available which were greatly appreciated. The bedrooms were so cozy and comfortable, and the giant tv in the living room was perfect for movie night. Thank you Jerry for letting us stay in your beautiful home!"

"Great location but listing didn’t match reality. 2/4 dinning chairs broken. Couch w/stains, pet hair and dirt/sand Blanket on couch had stains Needs furniture update Hot tub filled with dirt/sand No trash bags provided or detergent even though a requirement to wash towels before leaving. Common areas need a deep clean. All to say we left 1 night early and dealt with hotel expense."

"The house is very cozy and has a lot of space to sleep for all your family and friends. The surrounding area is quiet and has a lot to do just 10 minutes from town."

"Everything about this home is immaculate. It's probably the cleanest and well stocked rentals we've ever stayed in. The home seems brand new or newly renovated because everything was sparkling! There was not a speck of dust anywhere. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked with everything you could need. The heating worked great during the cold nights and all the appliances where top notch. Drawers were labeled which took the guesswork out of searching for utensils, very thoughtful. The only bummer was the next door neighbor's dog. As the previous reviewer mentioned it's not the fault of these property owner because it's totally out of their control but it was still the most unpleasant part of the stay. I don't think the neighbors ever brought the dog inside and the temperatures were lowwww... Yes the dog started barking at about 6am and kept barking. Around midnight I put earplugs in thankfully couldn't hear anything while I slept. Mainly I just felt bad for the poor thing. The master bedroom is right next to the neighbors yard so unfortunately it's where we heard the barking the loudest. Overall it's an amazing rental and the owners have really put thought an effort into making it a comfortable and easy place to stay. I would recommend anyone stay here, from a few couples to a large family, it's simply perfect."

"We had a great visit in Yucca Valley/Joshua Tree. Comfortable home and lovely property with everything we needed. The beds and amenities were comfortable and we all slept well. Everything was as described and communication and check in and check out was a breeze. The drive to JT was quick and easy and we had no issues with the noise restrictions. I note that only because I was traveling with my best friend and our four very young adult/teenage kids. They had a great time within the limitations. The pool and hot tub were splendid. The weather didn’t entirely cooperate so we didn’t use the outdoor kitchen, but it looked like a great set up as well. Lovely home and location. Great host."
