Welcome to The Moasis by Fieldtrip, a striking all-black modern retreat surrounded by Joshua Trees. Set across five private acres, this architectural statement blends bold design with the raw beauty of the high desert.

Step inside to discover an airy, light-filled interior centered around a sunken conversation pit - the perfect gathering spot for slow mornings or late-night chats. The open-concept living area flows seamlessly into a chef s kitchen with a 12-foot waterfall island and fully stocked cookware for your stay. Oversized glass doors open to a dining patio overlooking miles of untouched desert and the distant ridgelines of Joshua Tree National Park.

The home s eclectic interiors pair one-of-a-kind art and antiques - many from local artists - with modern comforts. Three bedrooms sit privately in the west wing, including a primary suite with its own en-suite bath. Each bathroom features custom tilework and high-end finishes throughout.

Outside, the property is a private oasis made for both play and relaxation. Cool off in the heated pool or unwind at The Rabbit Hole - your own container-bar lounge complete with power and a refrigerator. The grounds also feature a bocce court, three hammocks, a fire pit, and walking trails that wind through the surrounding Joshua Trees.

Modern, modest, secluded, well stocked, private and accessible. A great way to spend some quality time with the family at this location - the host team was quick to respond when there were issues (a couple, but they were quick to help out) and our family had a great time. What stood out was the fact that this was an open property, with wild animals roaming around freely and we had a private viewing opportunity from our bedroom, living room watching the deer, coyotes, cotton tails, all sorts of birds and gophers around the property. The night sky was pristine, we had to walk out of the property to view to avoid the distractions from the glowing lights towards the entrance and the backyard. Overall a memorable trip.
