The people at the hotel were nice and always friendly.A.c.did not in room was moved to another very quickly.lady at breakfast bar was nice and had a lovely smile always.
We got 14 rooms for a high school fieldtrip. 2 rooms were dirty. 2 rooms had shower heads missing. One of the rooms had only cold water. I would not recommend this hotel.

Property was clean and rooms as well. Jacuzzi has been broken for over a year and is not being repaired. Breakfast is very limited.
I've stayed here a couple of times because of its convenient location. However, I don't think I'll go back again. The property and parking area feel sketchy, especially when you have to walk between buildings at night. The rooms are dated and dingy. My room card keys kept deactivating, forcing me to walk to the other building where the front desk was to get them re-activated repeatedly. The breakfast is fine, nothing special. Overall its an ok place to stay for a night on your way to somewhere else, but I would not recommend this hotel for repeat or longer stays.
My check-in was not the best experience. I was the only person standing at the desk, but I was asked to wait as they were on the phone. I stood and waited for 15 minutes while the desk person carried on a conversation with what I assume was another employee as they were discussing something that had occurred and avoiding conflict. I was ok being asked to wait for a minute to finish the call, but not 15 minutes and IT WAS ON SPEAKER PHONE. It made me very uncomfortable hearing their conversation.
Got a room with 3 beds, we were 4 adults. Half the lights in the room were not functioning. Took us a few minutes to figure out got to use shower head, had to call front desk. TV not working, only sound, no picture. Bathroom was dirty, hair on toilet and shower/tub area, stains on walls and vanity.
I would rate this about a 3 out of 10. One step up from a Motel 6 but much much worse than a Best Western Plus / Hampton Inn which is about a 6.5/7 normally. Its fine in a pinch but needs a lot of cleaning / updating. Feel's like a 30 year old hotel.
Good service and a clean room on the third floor. We walked to dinner and the area around the hotel was littered with cast off furniture and mattresses.
We choose the his hotel because they take dogs. The gal who checked us in was as lovely as can be. The floors and furniture had stains. The blanket for the beds were so thin we got our sleeping bags from our camper and brought them into the room to use. There was only 1 bath towel in the room (not 2 sets for 2 adults) and no hand towel or washcloth. The blow dryer was smoking and was about to shoot flames out of it. Not exaggerating - it’s a fire hazard. The continental breakfast was very limited as well. I can’t eat gluten so these rarely work for me anyway- but it was slim pickings even for my husband. This wasn’t the worst place we’ve ever stayed but the 8.2 rating seems incredibly generous. The dogs have zero complaints.

Check in took over an hour due to their computer system. Manager was abrupt and made things worse. Room was not clean with dirty sheets BUT two bath towels, no hand towels and no wash cloths.

Air ducts were dirty and dusty in the room and when heat kicked on caused coughing and sneezing woke with sore throat and eyes matted

Apparently the property is in the middle of a sale to another owner and it is very apparent that the current owner stopped spending money to maintain the property, it was dirty, the breakfast was terrible, and the coffee machine was broken. ..

Fridge was broke made noises . Plus had mold in . Remote was broke . Curtains wouldn’t close all the way . Had to wait like 5 min for someone to come to front desk . Very overpriced

For the price of the room could clean the room staff was not helpful and room smelt dirty and like hot sauce

We stayed here for the king of the hammers off road race. Enjoyed the nice clean room and great breakfast in the morning. Before heading out to the race each day. The lady setting up the breakfast buffet did an amazing job.
