Ridge House isn't a certified dark-sky site, but the Milky Way is visible with the naked eye from late spring through early fall.

• Grab a blanket — desert nights cool down even in summer

The home sits on a quiet hilltop. The drive is safe and fully paved, and parking is right on the property.

POOL SAFETY FOR FAMILIES
To preserve the open mountain views, the pool isn't fenced. For families with young kids, we've installed extra-high child safety locks on the back doors — please keep them latched when the pool isn't in use.
