This beautiful home is centrally located with the Joshua Tree Retreat (7min), Joshua Tree National Park (10min) and Pappy & Harriets / Pioneer Town (10min). It is family friendly and will accommodate 12 guests next to the fireplace. Come swim in the pool (May-Sept). Or enjoy the back patio with outdoor lighting, gas BBQ, fire table and dining with seating for 10. Rules

The neighborhood is a quiet outside after 10pm. If a complaint to bnb or the police you have to be removed from the house you will be charged a $300

Check out is 11:00am, there is a 15min grade window. After that 15 min there will be a $30 charge for every 10 min interval afterward.

BBQ should be cleaned after use, Housekeeper will charge $30 If we have to drain and fill the hot tub, you WILL BE CHARGED $65 PER HOUR for service.
