"Everything! Monica was extremely organized, helpful and quick to respond to any questions. She even gave us the name and contact of a very good transportation agency that helped us get from Cusco to the Sacred Valley. We were amazed by the beauty of her property! "We were two families (10 people), and the house was perfect for us, and we would have been comfortable with even more people. The housekeeper and property manager take great care of guests. The outdoor and indoor spaces are beautiful. The garden/grounds as well as the mountain scenery are gorgeous. The kids enjoyed playing with the dogs on the property and using the hammocks. "The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. The hotel has a great concierge and transportation to and from airport (for a fee) and travel to nearby cities and tours. "
