Clean and comfortable
We visited Yuba Coty to connect with family. Our stay in the home was just fine. The home has everything you need and the beds were super comfortable. The house is immaculate. My only issues with the home were that one of bedroom’s window coverings were broken and falling off and the chandeliers and wall decor were a bit dated. We will return to this VRBO and f we visit again. Thank you!

Bed bugs
This place was rated very clean but we found bed bugs. My husband was eaten up and we even captured a bug. I reported it to the host immediately and they did offer a full refund, which was received. I have reported this issue to Vrbo. Tho this property seemed very clean and the host was very nice and helpful, I would not recommend this property due to the infestation.

Unfortunately sometimes clients bring those bugs and thank you for doing so let us know, an extermination company was hired, which fumigated the entire house and is Bug Free and the documentation was also sent to the company, Vrbo, which did not I think you are saying that you would not recommend my property, incidents happen, without one's control and I always give my best service to my clients

Experience
One of the best places I have stayed in. Couple of things though. We arrived on a wet dark night, and it was impossible to see the address. I had to walk up and down the street to find the house. A light above the house number would be great. The pedal on the trashcan in the kitchen didn’t work. A small thing, dimmer switches, would be great. A lot of bright light. But all in all a terrific place.

Family and Friends Fall Visit
We all had a great time in Yuba City. My travel group was myself, my boyfriend, my sister, her twin boys, and our friend from Chico and her dog. The house was the perfect size for all of us. Very pet friendly. It is in a great location and it was easy to find everything we wanted to see and do in Yuba City. All kitchen supplies were great and we cooked breakfast there each morning of our stay. Thank you !

Great location
The location is fantastic. Central location in Yuba City. Easy parking, easy check in, clean and fantastic outdoor space… outdoor patio with nice outdoor furniture and setting. So much better than staying in a hotel in Yuba City.

Short stay
Charming home that we used as a stopping point from Southern California to Oregon. Accommodated 4 adults quite comfortably. Great location and perfectly suited us … great coffee nearby and plenty of choices for food! Would definitely recommend.

Stay for nieces wedding
My niece had her wedding in Brown’s Valley at Barns at Willow Creek. This was perfect for our stay. It was clean, the backyard was great for visiting and the beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again if I had to stay in Yube City.

This is the perfect cottage for a short or long stay. It is located just off the main street but very quiet. You can sit outside in the wonderful garden and listen to the bees and the neighborhood chickens, which is apparently a thing in Yuba city. If every property were like this, life would be great.

Yuba City Retreat
The house was well appointed and had everything that you would need for a stay away from home. It was close to the main drag (Target, restaurants, gas stations, etc.) that you could walk to from the house. The hostess was accessible and responsive in a timely manner.

This house is lovely! It’s spotless clean, really clean. It’s in good location. It’s has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, one large bathroom and one small, it worked perfectly for my stay. The house has everything to make you feel at home. Nice living room with a outdoor terrace . Excellent Wi-Fi. The primary bedroom has a huge bed , king size . The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. I really enjoyed staying there with my family, I will definitely be back again as I have family in town and visit them often. Communication with the host was so easy. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Nice, clean house but....
The house was clean which is the first thing I judge a place on. There are a few things I would personally update/fix it you intend to keep renting it out but nothing bad enough to dissuade me from staying again. HOWEVER, the check in process was HORRIBLE. We got to the house at 420(check in is at 4) and there were still people there cleaning. They said "oh give us like 10 more min. " 25 min later they finally finished. So we didn't get to enter the house until 445 when check in was supposed to be 4. Check out is 11am so why would you wait so long to go there to clean when you know someone is checking in at 4. That was very irritating.

Overall the property was good but we found several deficiencies. 1. There were no wash cloths supplied. 2. A Keurig coffee maker was supplied but no coffee filters so it was not useful. It would be helpful to supply coffee of some sort. 3. I left a telephone voice mail message with a question for the owner but received no response until much later. The response came by email notifying me that they went camping and to contact the manager where no number was provided that I could find. 4. The owners email message was in Spanish. It would be helpful to also include an English version of the message that I could understand.

The home was in excellent condition and exactly as described. It was conveniently located in central Yuba City and easy access to both Highway 99 and 20. Many restaurants in close vicinity. Surprised to see such a nice TV, refrigerator and washer and dryer. Beautiful patio settings in back and a nice sitting area in front. Well landscaped and the flowers were very fragrant. Safe and secure.

Great little house
This is the second time I have stayed here as I pass theough to northern California & Oregon destinations. It is very roomy and comfortable. It is better value then staying in a hotel with 6 people. It is very clean. The backyard is beautiful. It is right off HWY 99 so it easy to get to.

Very dated
House looked like it was picked up on a quick sale and they put paint on the walls 10years ago. Only one wash rag. Had a bad smell in it. Smelt like stale beer outside. Would not return for the cost. Recommend for a group of parting college kids.

Oh, what a pity your comment gives me, the house is fully arranged and with fresh paint, it hurts that you did not find the house, to your liking, but surely you will only find your house to your liking, surely you looked at it before renting, but Leave and I give you up on the yard of the yard it is always washed before the guest arrives, and don't worry they won't come back as a guest, I don't need to have a guest that if they like the house and I'd appreciate it if you don't come back again

House was clean and supplied well. Kitchen updates could have been done more professionally. Stove has only 3 working burners and BBQ was not clean at all. Back yard needs a lot of work but for what we needed, it was a good fit. We were not disappointed.

Hi, I'm sorry for not giving you the cable, the box was disconnected from the cable, but if I have the service but the technician cannot go to repair for your stay, but if you could enjoy internet channels, Netflix etc.

Lovely house in Yuba City!
Easy to find, check in was easy. Lovely large back yard that my kids enjoyed exploring. Easy on and off highway but in a quiet neighborhood. Close to take out spots and Target but you wouldn’t know it without looking at a map. Beds were comfy and the house was clean and wonderful.

Better than a hotel
The home has very nice and pretty furniture. The stove top is not fully functional, and no drip coffee maker so if you want coffee you have to buy k-cups as there is a keurig (sp?) there. Washer and dryer work well. They have good spices in the cabinet for essentials and I really enjoyed the lemon olive oil. The towels are a plenty, fluffy and soft, and sparkling white, nice towels. This home is very clean. I suggest wiping down the wood tables before use though, as the polish used on them is greasy and leaves a major slippery oily residue on the tables, and will also stain your sleeves and make your napkins oily. It was a little uncomfortable to have the home owner park right behind my car blocking me in the driveway and then stood in the driveway staring at us with no words as I packed up my car to leave. It was uncomfortable and intrusive. I am sure they had their reasons for being there right at noon to hover over the leaving tenants, just not my bag. Regardless of that, over all, this is a really sweet place to stay and I recommend it.

Spacious house in a quiet neighborhood
The property was just as pictured. We only stayed one night as we were passing through the area. It was conviniently off Highway 99. It had a beautiful backyard for our dog. The house looked newly renovated. Very beautifully decorated. Beds and furniture were very comfortable.
