We had the best stay here. Located in a cool part of town that was walkable from the apartment. My wife and I had a fun time exploring the area. Communication from the host was great and directions for check in and out were very clear. We will be staying here again next time we are in town.
Communication with the host was great. They were very accommodating when our travel plans changed and we needed to extend our stay. The beds were very comfortable.
Our time spent at the loft made for a great weekend. We had everything we needed, we loved the decor, the comfortable beds, and the coziness of this loft. We would absolutely love to spend time here again.
The loft was extremely clean, our daughter has leukemia and we were very impressed with how clean everything was! The building was very quiet and comfortable. We loved staying here! They even had two pack and plays for kids!
Apartment is exactly as it appears in the promotion. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very adaptable when I needed to change dates. Little extras in the apartment made it a more relaxing time. I would definitely stay again! We were all impressed.
Overnight stay for a concert in Detroit. Property is beautifully decorated with well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Great reataurant right around the corner. It was perfect!!
This apartment is very chic in a great location. It is in the depot neighborhood of Ypsilanti with several boutique shops and restaurants in easy walking distance of the property. It is also a short distance from Eastern Michigan University. Cleanliness and convenience are top notch here. Excellent property!
We stayed here during the Annual Michigan Beerfest! Very close short walk. We love the decor and comforts of this stay. Comfy beds. Well stocked for anything. Definitely will stay again!!!!
Had a one day training to conduct, so I needed a convenient and comfortable place to stay for one night. This had so much more of a "home" feeling than a hotel room.
We enjoyed a two nights stay here while visiting our daughter in Ypsilanti. The location was perfect. Very close to downtown businesses and restaurants so very walkable. The apartment was spotless and well appointed. The beds extremely comfy. Linens top notch. Overall pretty wonderful.
We were very pleased with this unit. We were in town for a family wedding and it was perfectly located to the wedding venue. The bedrooms & other spaces were clean & comfortable
The apartment location was perfect for us - we had to pick up family at Detroit airport and attend events in both Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. Restaurants within 2-3 minute walk and nice area to walk and look at historic homes. Apartment was clean, spacious and furnished with all we needed, bed was comfortable, shower was hot with good water pressure. We can confidently recommend!
Visited in October with my sisters and niece, we were back in Michigan for our Mom's memorial service. One sister hasn't been back to Ypsi (our hometown) in 50 years and was charmed by Depot Town. We were all charmed by the rooms we stayed in, very comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a good vibe. Thanks so much!
The loft was a perfect place to stay during our recent visit to Michigan. It was modern, clean, and contained everything we needed for meal prep and leisure. The hosts were prompt with communication. The beds were VERY comfortable. It was also conveniently located to restaurants and interstates. I would highly recommend this property and will stay here again when future travel brings me to Michigan.
The place was gorgeous; pictures don’t do it justice! I was very impressed with the cleanliness, amenities, and thoughtful attention detail throughout. And oh.my.god…that was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on.
Great location, very convenient to U of M, and we loved the restaurant on the ground floor. My only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer.
Just there for an overnight while visiting family. Property was clean and as pictured! Cozy loft that felt comfortable and easy! I’d definitely be a repeat customer if I’m in town again! The only things I can think of that would make it better would be upgrading the towels & shower head in the bathroom! But not a deal breaker! Still had a great stay!
Upon arriving at the property, the check-in process was straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions provided. The elevator was easy for our friends to locate. I did wish for a small fan, as my husband tends to get warm. Additionally, having some extra foldable chairs in the closet would have been perfect for when our four friends stopped by to exchange gifts. The coffee and creamers were a delightful touch, and the coffee itself was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and I found the kitchen mostly well-equipped for our needs. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this place!
Ypsilanti is my hometown. I returned this time for a 50yr + reunion for classes ‘67-‘69. Three of my girlfriends traveled back for the get-together. We loved the LOFT. The keypad, not so much. Haha. I actually got the photo online of manual for ‘lock/unlock’ instructions. (We are all over 74 yrs old) haha. Tech-not so up to date on.
The location is fantastic. Thanks for a great -cozy Loft.
We really enjoyed this unit. Upon arrival our assigned parking spot was taken, this was frustrating but was resolved within 60 minutes. The building is great, old and rustic with a dedicated parking lot and restaurants/shops all within 1-2 blocks (coffee shops, pizza, grilles, market). It's a very well equipped unit, host had all the supplies and enough to last us the entire two weeks (which is rare). This included laundry detergent, bath tissue, paper towels, coffee, spices, etc.The building was accessible with an e-keypad and the building has an elevator which made suitcase and grocery hauls super easy. The door to the unit is also a e-keypad so no keys, a plus!TIP: The thermostat and control panel are located in the great room. The great room has 3 windows and in the winter, it's much colder than in the bedrooms. So while the heat is on, it's heating to the temperature of the great room and the 2 bedrooms are without windows (just skylights). Therefore, it would get 5 degrees hotter in our bedrooms than the temp in the great room. Changing the thermostat every morning and every evening was part of the daily routine, but it did not damper the stay. We'd stay again.
