This premier modern loft features exposed brick with a mid-century modern vibe and all the amenities to make your stay one-of-a-kind. Centrally located in Depot Town atop the fabled Thompson & Co, and within a stone's throw of some of the top rated restaurants and coffee shops in Michigan. One bedroom with a King Mattress to ensure you'll be well rested and ready to take on the day. Perfect for a short getaway or extended stay!

Other things to note:
As a reminder, this loft is above Thompson and Co, one of the premier restaurants in the area. As such, sometimes noise can be heard from the restaurant below late into the evening, especially during holidays and weekends. For convenience, we include sound machines AND ear plugs in the room to help remedy any noise that might be heard from the restaurant below. Please make sure you're aware of this ahead of booking.

Depot Town is a lively area, especially on summer weekends, and so we encourage you to join in and experience the fun environment!

Also, please note that this is a 1 bedroom, and so sleeping arrangements for guests 3 and 4 are on a full-size sleeper sofa, if needed.

property manager double booked the property. So as we were about to check in, we were informed that we would not be able to stay due to the double booking. Completely messed up our travel plans.

Great location- unit needs attention

Let me start by saying Joel, the owner is fantastic! Joel is quick to respond was attentive to my questions .His cleaning crew needs a swift kick in the butt! The unit is in a great location by is in need of a good cleaning and some repairs. That being said I would consider a return visit as he addressed my concerns in an extremely professional and prompt manner. My concerns were dirty/worn wash cloths which he was appalled at quickly, directed me to the linen closet where I found newer, clean washcloths. Also, I had a quick last-minute change on my final night because my daughter gave birth early. Although I couldn’t change my night he was very open to something in the future which I appreciate.I definitely would return and give them a second chance and since I have a new grandchild in the area, I will be back often.
