"Very nice room and the hotel is beautiful. We had an event at the convention center so the location was so convenient. There are a decent number of restaurants within wlking distnce and parking was easy in the garage. The breakfast buffet wasn't cheap but it was convenient, delicious and had a good variety."

"Two things about Hyatt House. First they tell you there is free parking at Harris Teeter. This is not true. It is $30/day or risk being towed Second, across the top bar of the blind there is a space that allows direct flow of sunlight across your eyes as you sleep. They blinds are brilliantly in a track and don’t let any light in on the sides or bottom. But they failed to do something similar for the top. "

"This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways, but there was one drawback - the cleaning staff took my phone charger, which I had to replace at a cost of $45. However, the rest of the staff were courteous and accommodating, making up for the stolen charger. Initially, I had a noisy neighbor, but the staff promptly relocated me to a quieter room that was immaculate and comfortable. The hotel's proximity to Raleigh's amenities, including hospitals, restaurants, and entertainment, was a significant advantage. Additionally, the parking lot was well-lit and secure, making me feel safe. Overall, I was impressed with the hotel and would recommend it to others. Before choosing this hotel I actually visited 8 hotels in the same area. It’s amazing how gorgeous the other hotels looked on line. Different story when I went to visit the hotel myself. 🙂‍↕️"

"For the price the rooms should be up to date in that location hotels at a cheaper price have been updated the ac units are old and loud "

"The hotel is right across from Crabtree Mall so an array of restaurants and shopping are close by. I had to do a four hour ZOOM meeting in my room and during that time there were no noise or interrupts of any kind. I had my do not disturb sign out and the attendant was kind enough to leave a bag with fresh towels on my door. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The hotel and my room was well lit and cheerful. The room was clean and the furniture was in good repair. "
