"We couldn't even get a cup of coffee anywhere until after 7 am. The coffee supplies in the room were lacking....the powdered creamer curdled and there was only 2 packs of sugar. The Italian Restaurant was great. Getting waitress service while gambling was extremely limited. Signage outside was lacking about where hotel valet was located so that was very challenging and then we had to move our car. Valet is free if you stay at the hotel so that was good."

"For the area it is ok. We went in off season for a event for our children. There isn't alot to do in off season. If you need to be here for a event it is ok. If there is no immediate need i would stay somewhere else. "

"Beautiful lobby, everything was clean and inviting. STAFF was attentive, (always a big plus ) the pool was chilly. Definitely a consistent issue here. The public hot tub had so much foam you had to keep pushing it away. The room was exactly how described, and clean, but lacking a few basic items that needed to be called up for. Had the items been there, I would have rated stay EXCELLENT. "

"Clean room, easy check in. Pool was nice not deep. Good breakfast for a breakfast included. Was cold when we entered the room but tirned on the heat and it heated up within 5-10mins. Even in the shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Stayed her for a night to do some shopping near by. Was a good deal and a decent place to stay. Will stay here again for sure !"

"The only negative is that when people raise or lower their blinds, you can here it like it's in your room. The staff is amazing!"
