"My stay here was peaceful and quiet, which I loved. The lobby area is very clean and well kept. Breakfast is standard, but the weekend hours are a plus! Till 10AM(awesome for those who sleep in until 8 or 9AM). Pets are allowed. The dog area has poop bags available. Staff is nice. My room had some wall damage & gum on the ceiling, which I reported. The staff reported it and offered to fix it ASAP. I will stay here again. Food choices are plenty in the area."
"Room & property were clean, safe, & convenient! Walking distance to Niagara Falls State Park & the paved walkway along the Niagara River that takes you into the State Park/downtown. Hotel was very updated, beds were comfortable/clean, rooms were clean/updated, & definitely a GREAT stay for the price!! Breakfast was good/hot & there's a lot of seating. Parking was $10 Xtra/night which wasn't noted on the listing on Hotels.com."
"The room was clean and had a decent view. The living room spa tub is one of the great features of the room. The room has fridge, microwave and other amenities. The hotel is walkable distance to Niagara Falls so you can save a lot of money on parking. I would highly recommend taking balloon ride which is right across the street of the hotel as the hotel provides discount.
The room did not have moisturizer and other amenities and the bathroom door never shut - some issue was there. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything from another room.
The property had water leakage issue at the entrance of the hotel and also at the Lower level where you park car. Perhaps some maintenance was going on.
The room service is only done when you are staying for four or more days."
"Our stay was enjoyable; quiet and comfortable. You can tell the building is older and work has been done on it. Our ceiling had a small water stain, and the carpet had a burned spot but besides that the room was very clean. We used the pool both nights; it was clean and warm. The pool roomed seemed to be under renovation but that didn't hinder using it. The breakfast was interesting, good choices and plenty however the hot foods- eggs, sausage and potatoes- were cold both mornings. It almost seemed intentional as they were in warmers, but the temperature displayed was in the 60's. I'm sure there is a back story there, we just ate different offerings. We would stay at this hotel again. Plenty of free parking and only a few miles from shopping, restaurants and all of the Niagara Falls attractions."
