It’s a townhouse building within the residential area for more authentic local experience. 8mins walk to the main train station and 5mins walk to the Main Street - ZhongShan Street, 2km straight road full of eateries. "I had a wonderful stay at the Lanven Art House when visiting Hualien. The room was clean and very spacious, with a huge soft bed, and lovely bathroom with a deep soaking tub (perfect to unwind after a day at Taroko Gorge). The central location is great, with plenty of great restaurants, cafes and bars nearby, and only about 10 minutes walk to the night market. Despite the location, noise was not a concern. What stood out to me the most was the warmth and hospitality shown by the property owners....

"Fantastic hotel. Great spaciousand comfortable room, and the hotel had many amenities. Free parking, great staff, free snacks throughout the day and a night snack, good quality breakfast buffet with many options. Had a gym and ping pong table room, foosball table, games room with a Switch although we did not play. Also had a darts board however this was under maintainance during our stay which was disappointing. Good location a short walk from the night market and city centre. Very good hotel, especially for the price. Would stay here again. "
