"The room is small but it was perfect for a night get away from the city"

"Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. I love a bathroom with good lighting and the tv in the vanity mirror was fantastic to catch the morning news as we got ready!! The staff was exceptional. From check in, to drinks at the bar, to room service, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hotel Arista. "

"Plaxe sucks. No microwave no fridge. Room was nasty. Ask to have it cleaned and they said staff off. We cleaned it ourselves. Ants in the room. Was a quick cheep stop for downtown Chicago. Should have stayed in the Laqunti or Hilton next door. My bad was to pick a place with my 3 and 9 year old. Wifes allergies are acting up.for dogs. Now in Niagara Falls and she sick.for the room. Dont go here unless your looking for a cheep place to stay. Buyer beware...."

"It rained and leaked everywhere. Into the room and the lobby was flooded. They told me i had to switch rooms. Building engineer handed me a key and left. No help in moving my stuff."

"Room was clean. Only 1 small trash can in kitchen. Would have liked one in bathroom also. The bathroom lighting not great especially for makeup. Overall a very pleasant experience and would recommend "
