Yorktown Heights Holidays from AU$5,212

Stayed 3 nights at Sela V hotel in Brooklyn. Superb property, Very unique that It’s a renovated industrial warehouse that has been repurposed into a super bougie boutique hotel. I checked in virtually which meant that upon arrival I had my room key in hand and was in my room within a matter of minutes. The check-in guy was very friendly and they acknowledged my special occasion with a complimentary drink each at the bar and a bottle of procession in the room, thank you! I stayed in the foundry room on the seventh floor, the room is super spacious. The furnishings was of a high-quality and the high Ceilings and mood lightning throughout were considered and made the room super cozy despite its size. Customer service at the downstairs bar could be improved, The bar lady who served my husband when purchasing a morning coffee practically barked at him when he wasn’t sure how to make payment! Other than that all interactions with staff were great, professional and it would be a delight to come back to this hotel again when I visit New York City. The hotel is within easy walking distance to DUMBO the NYC Ferry and all areas of Brooklyn and Manhattan. Thank you Sela V

C completely misrepresented did not stay there far from a luxury apartment advised to check into a different location no code or communication prior to check in time at 4 PM. Received emails and poor communication after 6:30 PM apartment smelled very musty and like a dead body was inside, extremely unprofessional and horrible experience.

Newly renovated, nice place
