"Fantastic relaxing getaway with awesome views and a beautiful home. Really grateful to be able to have our gorgrous Ziggi the Yorkie join us and he had heap of safe backyard space. We enjoyed soaking up the afternoon sunshine on the relaxing chairs with our cuppas!!!"

"Wonderful stay. Spacious house. Comfortable beds. Responsive and helpful hosts. Kitchen supplies are very generous. Kid friendly with the option of putting up gates on the stairs. Great location. Excellent sunrises and sunsets!"

"Just being honest. The house was easily accessible and very clean. The bedrooms were really roomy and the bed was extremely comfortable. Just the one bathroom but an extra toilet. The downsides were that there is no wifi which isnt a real problem if you want to disconnect for a few days but most places I have stayed usually had wifi. The bathroom was very clean but the shower is over the bathtub, which is difficult for people with mobility issues. As it was my husband didnt use the shower for the 2 days we were there.Only some of the gas jets on the stove worked.There was no hairdryer, iron, dishcloths, rubbish bin liners or front light. This should be included in the info when booking. I would have taken my own hairdryer if I had known so I didnt go out into the cold with wet hair.The TV remote was defective (might have just needed batteries).These are all just minor issues but I feel like they need to be mentioned so the next person can make an informed decision about where to stay. The house has plenty of things to keep children occupied and a lovely maintained back yard to play."

"The house was beautiful and clean when we arrived. The beach view was so relaxing to look at. Unfortunately, the time went by too fast. Carole (the host) was always available to answer questions in a timely manner and was very helpful.An absolute pleasure to stay there."

"The kitchen facilities were excellent, oven seal was broken, so this was a minor inconvenience & owner has been notified. Beds were comfy, bathroom updated & functional. Reverse cycle air con very good. Minor issue with the TV & getting us beyond one channel. Owner contacted & he arranged a local to assist & the problem was rectified. The house notes just need updating. Very friendly people & wildlife in & around Marion Bay."

Character filled Cottage in Wallaroo, minutes from the beach & town centre

"This was a very old cottage and as a result, the cleanliness was not up to a standard and therefore the set price was too high. The floor near entry was unstable, a light switch in the kitchen area faulty and standard tv operation was not acceptable. The location was generally good but many houses in the street were unkept; not your responsibility but again should be reflected in the pricing."
