"The location was probably the best part. Spending the kind of money that we did without having the basics available was a bit disappointing. We were OK with spending the extra money to make sure that we had the basics but we have stayed in places a lot less expensive that really paid attention to detail for their guests. We complied with all instructions but again wondering why we paid so much and had to start laundry and dishwasher and still pay a cleaning fee. "
