This is by far the worst “hotel” I have ever stayed in my life…let’s start from the beginning, my husband and I walk in to the lobby and do not get greeted whatsoever. It smelled and looked like the place had never been cleaned. We get our room, and it’s the most disgusting room I’ve ever seen. It smelled like somebody had left Indian food in the room for months and the bathroom was filthy. We had to go to the store to buy disinfectant, cleaning supplies, and candles because we were told there was no way we would be able to switch rooms. I will NEVER recommend this place, this “hotel” should not even be in business. Disgusting and disappointing. Will never be bqck. 0/10

The rooms were poorly stocked, had to ask for shampoo no conditioner and no lotion. Rooms did not provide hair dryers either. There were no glasses in the rooms as well, had to ask for them too. No coffee in the rooms and when we went to lobby to get some coffee the pots were empty. It was very big disappointment staying there, I was surprised since the hotel is in a very nice area in Yorba Linda.

I booked this hotel for an overnight stay for a conference in California. I flew in over a 6 hour flight from the East coast, only to get to this hotel at 10 pm in the night to be informed that my booking had been cancelled that day due to overbooking of the hotel. The receptionist claimed her manager had asked her to give me a call on the day I was to check in and since my phone was in airplane mode on my 6-hour flight and so unreachable, she was allowed to cancel my booking last minute on the day I was to check in without any prior email or text notification to me. When I tried to press for more information, I was told it was an instruction from the hotel manager of which she had no control over. I was told no alternative arrangements could be made for me, and that my money would be refunded in 10 business days.. I had to leave the hotel that late at night to go find another hotel at the last minute,. When I let the receptionist know that I had flown in from the East coast, and hadn't made any other hotel arrangements, she asked me to check other hotels in the area, but didn't offer to assist with finding me alternative accomodations. Coming from the East coast, this is obviously the worst reception and treatment I have received from any hotel. I had made the booking at this hotel because I thought it was a reputable brand. The poor customer service was unexpected and the last minute cancellation was a rude shock to me. I can only hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
