海がすぐ近くにあり素敵な場所でしたが、風の音が少し気になりました。 大浴場もとても、素敵でしたが、朝の方が景色が見えて綺麗でした。 お湯も気持ち良かったです。

客層が問題なのかもしれません

１泊しました。夜１０時を過ぎたところで、客室の近隣で大音量のカラオケが始まりました。宴会施設から遠い部屋にしてもらわないと、とんでもないことになります。日本人団体客でしょうかね。ゆったりしているのがウリの施設であるはずなのに、滞在は台無しでした。

非常に清潔感がありキレイなホテルです。 ウエルカムドリンクとお菓子がありロビーでも寛げます。 ホテルの方は紳士的な対応です。 露天風呂も気持ち良く、隣の系列のホテルに家族風呂がありタイミングが合えば予約可能です。 どちらのお風呂も気持ち良かったです。 レストランの食事も美味しいです。 部屋も広くゆったり過ごせます。

身嗜みが良ければ…

忙しかったせいか、夕朝食時の仲居さんの説明不足が多く、残念に感じました。あと、男性従業員の身嗜みが悪かったです。 ドライバーとバースタッフは丁寧で感じが良かったです。

このコロナのせいもあると思いますが1階フロントや温泉大浴場などは綺麗にされていましたが　部屋の古さはどうしようもないものでした、部屋に入りカーテンを開けたら目の前は古い民家の屋根が目の前、これはと思いフロントへ電話をして海の見える部屋への変更をお願いしたら変えて頂きました。どうでしょうか、次回も泊まるかな？？？

혹시나 하는 마음에 1박만 했는데 기대 이상입니다. 일단 제가 좋아하는 다다미방이고, 바다가 보입니다. 1층에 기념품 가게는 관광지보다 쌉니다. 시설 대비 서비스 더 완벽하고요. 들어오는 차편보다 요나고로 나가는 차편이 혼잡합니다. 잘 알아보고 버스 이용하세요~

자세하게 평을 해봅니다.

5성급이라고 해서 기대를 했으나 오래된 곳이라서 노후되었다. 화장실고 매우 좁고 욕조는 어린이용같은 정사각형 매우 작은 욕조였다. 방은 넓었지만 쇼파가 노후되어 소음이 심했고 대욕장과 식당이 멀어서 번거로웠다. 대욕장은 좋았지만 노천탕은 밖에서 보인다. 대여 노천탕은 바로 건너편에 있는 같은 법인으로 보이는 신식 료칸에 가서 하는데 물도 좋고 시설도 좋았지만 벽의 틈이 조금 있어서 내부 사람이 오고가는게 보여서 불편했다. 서비스는 매우 친절하였으나 직원준들의 90도 인사는 약간 부담스러웠다. 주변에는 바다 해변외에 아무것도 앖어서 걸어서 나가거니 차를 끌고 나가야한다

リピはないかな。

安いプランだった為、部屋からの海の景色は全くなく、味気ない感じ。部屋に入った瞬間　古い旅館のにおいがしました。部屋のスリッパの消毒がされているのかどうかの表示もありません。朝食は美味しかったし、食事の場所からの景色はとても良かったです。愛想のよい仲居さんがいらっしゃいましたが、全体としてのサービスはいまいちでした。

率直に残念でした。 お風呂はまずまずでしたが、食事の後布団を敷きに来てくれるまで時間がかかりすぎ！こちらから催促しても、さらに10分以上待たされる。 おそらく人手不足がここにもきてるのか？？ 食事もバイキングなので諦めてはきたものの、それ以下で残念です。 やはり宿泊代はけちってはならん！わかってたけど仕方がない。 あげくのはては、チェックアウト時に計算間違いの請求でした。 良くないときは重なるものですね。 頑張ってください。ちょっとした事で、ビックリするくらい改善出来ますよ✨

ホテルの中も水辺があったりしてきれいでした。バイキングも美味しくて何より露天風呂から海が見えて最高です。 朝風呂はおすすめですよ！ お土産も鬼太郎グッズ置いてて買い物も楽しいです。 また行きたいですね

3世代多くても静かで、いい思い出ができる

最初はありふれたホテルのようですが、玄関フロアーは大理石だし、見事なシャンデリア、温泉に行く廊下の広々としている事や、飾っているカップ等はリーズナブルな価格書いてて、見ながら歩くのは楽しい。廊下から見える水に浮かぶように見えるラウンジとその向こうに見える海は清々しい。バイキングはカニも出て、3世代ファミリーが多いのに部屋は静かで、料理も品数多く、切れることないのでうれしい。砂浜がすぐ目の前で、広々した部屋でこの価格はお得。夏にもまた来たい。ありがとうございました。
