Fantastic onsen hotel on the coast
We had to book a room at short notice because our travel plans changed, so we spent one night here in August 2023. It was very good. The staff were so welcoming, we really felt at home. The hotel is a stone’s throw away from the ocean and parts of it are lit up at night, which was an amazing sight to see, on the stormy night we were there. The bathhouse is also fantastic. There is an outdoor bath as well, which was great to visit at night. The room was comfortable and spacious with a clean and well-equipped bathroom. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The staff was fantastic, the facility is well located in the city, surrounded by fun Izakaya, and close to the public beach. I was surprised by the free drink after check-in, as well as the delicious bento breakfast in the morning. The onsen consistent up to Natural mineral baths, in a nice indoor and outdoor setting. I do wish it had a cold water bath, as well. The onsen was quite a long walk from the room, bur manageable. The staff spoke some simple english, but we're very helpful in Japanese with great locations to eat and do around the hotel. Check in was fairly simple, using their online app. Japanese room was beautiful and clean. It had a great view to Daisen. Overall, a really good recommendation to this hotel! Well deserved!

Nice and clean. Good price.
The building seems very new. The room we got is very big for the four of us. We only stay for the night without meals. We got very good price for the accommodation.

Our ‘Maisonette’ was spacious and the bedding was comfortable but the hotel itself is in need of renovation in some areas. We didn’t eat at the hotel because it was just too expensive. The Onsen was good, though quite small. The beach is within walking distance. Overall, a pleasant experience.

A room with a beautiful view!
I stayed on the 5th floor. The room had an amazing view of Mt. Daisen and Kaike Beach. The traditional Japanese tatami room was beautiful and futon was very comfortable. I will definitely come back again for more days.

掃除が十分でなく残念、ソハァーの間にゴミが挟まっていたり、館内案内にゴミが挟まっていたりした。スタッフの方は親切でお風呂も良かった為残念でした

和モダンの素敵な温泉旅館
施設はとても大きくて古いですが新しくされてる所もあり、和モダン的な感じてとても素敵な旅館でした。浴衣を色々選べるのも楽しかったのですが、11歳の男の子がサイズがなくて キッズの次が大人なので120cm～150cmのサイズが欲しかったです。 館内はジャズが流れてゆったりとした気分になりました。ウエルカムドリンクは日本酒とカルピス、お茶飲み放題は嬉しかったです。敷地内もお庭が素敵で日本家屋で田舎に帰った気分になりました。良い思い出になりました。

バスタオル
温泉の脱衣場にバスタオルが置いてあればよかったです。滞在中に何度か温泉につかりたかったのですが、一度バスタオルを使ってしまったら、次に使う時に湿っているタオルを使わなければなりませんでした。バスタオルを干せる場所も部屋になく、結局湿ったタオルを何度か使うことになりました。

料理を期待して予約しました。料理は期待道理に美味しかったですが、従業員の仕事に対する差が大きく、従業員の教育のやり直しと、見えない所の掃除がなされていないと思います。例えば、窓ガラスの汚さ、庭の雑草、等 2日間 泊まりましたが、2日目の夕食のお品書きがなかったり、料理の最後に茶碗蒸しが出たり皆あきれ顔。 コロナでお客さんが少ないのは分かりますが従業員教育をお願いします。でもいい旅館でした。

掃除ができていない。窓は、白くなるくらい汚れている。階段、脱衣室のウォーターサーバーの裏側、色々な所に埃が溜まっていた。 とても残念でした。お料理とそこのスタッフの方が良かった。

庭が広く、和風の旅館。それなりの風情もありますが、古さ（ボロさ）と改装された部分の綺麗さが混在しています。ウェルカムドリンクとして、柚子水、ルイボスティー、そして地元の日本酒が置いておるのはよかったし、食事もそれなりの工夫をした懐石、2日目の蟹鍋

トータルで良い宿でした
従業員さんは親切で部屋も広くて快適でした。ただ、隣の部屋のトイレの音が響いたり部屋を出てすぐにある非常灯が落下してきたりしたのが気になりました。
