There were roaches in the room. They put me in on the first floor in the room closest to the entrance of the hotel that was terrible all the TV channels were in Filipino or Cambodian language.

However I have to say the check in process was not. You check in via kiosk, which is fine but when I had a question the person standing there to answer questions was very cold and unhelpful.

Excellent staff! Very noisy ambience. Loud music at pool! Sunday brunch was like a nightclub atmosphere. Loud music again. Not a great choice if you want a more intimate surrounding. Bar very busy! Many outsiders on property. Local crowd coming in to party I guess
