"I understand about being environmentally friendly. With effect from 1 June, the hotel has started charging for toothbrush set. On 3 May, I was sent an email stating that I could request for toothbrush set at no charge. However I was told to pay until I showed the email."

"I was quite happy with the stay. The room had a slightly damp smell but it was clean. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. However, my major complaint was that I wrote to the hotel after my husband realized that he had left an eye mask at the hotel, and there was NO reply from the hotel ..."
