"Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und unser Zimmer war, wie auch letztes Jahr, sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist modern. Die Lage ist Top, keine Minute von der Promenade entfernt. Es stehen auch Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Leider kann man diese nicht reservieren oder buchen. Deshalb gilt, wer zuerst kommt mahlt zuerst. Das Personal ist (bis auf eine Ausnahme) sehr freundlich."

"The Hotel does NOT worth 1 star. The rooms are with split air conditioning but NOT working ,only giving hot air. The furniture ,sheets,blankets are outdated. The management does NOT speak English only through mobile translator. I booked for 7 days and did NOT check in as the rooms are very hot and bathroom and furniture are outdated. The management have not returned the money despite the fact that they promised to do so. Do NOT bother to deal with this hotel AT ALL. Worst ever management and...

"Hotel in central position in Samsun. At the moment there are works in the area, and streets are a bit congested, but hotel is reacheable. I had a spacious room wit view on two sides. Room was very good, clean, and quiet. The hotel is in a strategic position, with shops and restaurants at walking distance The added value, in my case, was the reception personnel.
