This is one of the best locations I’ve stayed at in Yerevan. I loved the building and the area it was in. The apartment was new and cozy with a beautiful balcony that has an impeccable view. I love this property so much that I rebooked the same suite for my upcoming stay!

Apartment was comfortable and clean stayed 11 days but the drain/sewer toxic smell in the bathroom was horrible contacted property manager they showed up with some kind liquid to eliminate the bad odor no help whatsoever

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is located on the 11th floor, and the view from the balcony is absolutely amazing, with a beautiful view of Mount Ararat. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the location was very convenient. The check-in process was smooth and the instructions were clear. The team was also very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!
