The staff are very helpful, friendly & welcoming - everything you want them to be. The breakfast options were really outstanding & each day a bit varied. I would recommend My Hotel for short or long stays.

Good location, accommodation ok, service superb.
My room was in My Apartments around the corner but the location was excellent. Apartment itself was basic but fine. No blind on the skylight window which meant it got light early. And there was a couple of long hairs on the bed sheet. And the WiFi instructions had the wrong network listed. Other than that though, good value, and the service was fantastic - constant communication through whatsapp and very accommodating.

Wonderful stay! The apartment can be a little hard to find and easy to miss, so make sure to read the directions from the manager clearly. Other than that, the apartment is nicely sized and has all the amenities one would need and expect, and in great working order. The location is also very central and easy to get to the tourist sites around Yerevan. Would stay again!

The hotel was very clean, good location, staff were very friendly and accomodating (I had surgery during my visit and the hotel staff helped to ensure I had all I needed and even looked after some frozen peas for me!). There was only a minor issue with the toilet flush sometimes not working, and the mini freezer in the fridge. Overall my partner and I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Yerevan.

Good location and decent choice
Decent place. Sort of smaller room. Good location, a bit tough to find; it is behind the address of the building in a parking lot. My room had some noise that came up from lobby. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Not really a hotel
It is not actually a hotel, but a "partially rennovated" apartment. It did not have the standards of a hotel. For example, the room I saw had a poor quality mattress but not a frame... I have seen hotel apartments before, but this was no way similar to any of them.

While making a reservation one can clearly see that this is an Apart Hotel. Most of our rooms at My Apartments Yerevan are 1 bedroom apartments that includes kitchen, washing machine and other necessary things for guests comfort. And we have 2 Studio apartments, where the mattress is on the podium and its considered mostly for single travelers, not families. Again, it all clearly described with photos of the rooms on reservation sites. Sorry that your expectations were not met. We hope that you will visit us again in the future.

Nice hotel close to Republic square
Had a great stay at this hotel from the beginning till the end . Friendly and efficient staff always ready to help , clean hotel near downtown . Nice breakfast,will surely come back if visiting again Armenia .

Definitely a hidden gem!!!
Truly an amazing place to stay!!! It's our first time in Yerevan and we definitely did not made a mistake in booking our room at My Hotel / My Apartment Yerevan! The room was very clean and the staff service was absolutely excellent. Decent and enjoyable breakfast was being served everyday by friendly staff... always a great way to start your day. The location is very ideal for tourist since it is located in the city centre. It is very accessible to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. The hotel is highly recommended to tourist who are budget conscious however expects quality room and service. Will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and families!!! We will be coming back to Yerevan on summer and will be booking again the same hotel!!! Thank you to the excellent staff of My Hotel Yerevan for making our stay a memorable one :)

This was a great experience. The hotel staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful in arranging day trips. The location was great. I was in walking distance to downtown and the museums in town. The room was clean and comfortable. I greatly enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Great hotel in the center of Yerevan
We loved everything about our stay at this hotel, from location to rooms. The hotel is right in the center with easy access to all the sights and cafes. It's also easy to find by car or on foot. It has everything one may need, and if something is amiss the staff will most certainly help one resolve the issue. The breakfast selection is also perfect.

A hidden gem
This is a great little hotel with comfy rooms, friendly helpful staff, a good buffet breakfast and a handy location for sightseeing around Yerevan.

Clean hotel and friendly staffs
I stayed at this hotel for 15 nights and it was probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The hotel's location isn't exact the best for most tourists but I loved it because it was away from the busy area. Despite that, the staffs were friendly and the room service was amazing. The only thing I can hope for for my next visit is that they could provide better stability for the Wi-Fi. Other than that, I would give this hotel 5/5 rating!

Kind and understanding innkeepers.
The lady at the reception was very kind and the manager came around to make sure we had help and support. They understand that travelers are groggy and disoriented so they are very kind to assist us. We do not insist, but they translated and spoke English. The bathrooms were clean and the food was hearty. We had an enjoyable stay and would return again.

Väldigt fint hotell!
Skulle stanna i några timmar för att ta flyget dagen därpå. Jag hade tydligen bokat en lägenhet men jag bad att få ett hotellrum för mig och mina två pojkar. Hotellet gick mitt önskemål till mötes trots att hotellrummet var dyrare. Det är ett litet hotell med en mycket trevlig personal och framför allt manager. Det första intrycket är att det är ett ställe där man kan få riktig vila. Jag har sällan sett så rent hotellrun och badrummet var ännu bättre. Jag rekommenderar det varmt om du är ute efter ett jätterent hotell som tillgodoser alla dina behov. Bor gärna där igen om jag är tillbaka. Kurdo Kurdsson

В отеле Вас встретят как дорогих гостей-радушно и гостеприимно. Регистрация на ресепшен и заселение-очень быстро. Номер семейный (тип-двухместный, мансарда) на 3-м этаже (лифта нет, но обязательно помогут донести вещи). Чисто, уютно, площадь номера соответствует заявленной. Индивидуальный кондиционер с логичным управлением. Чайный уголок и набор (единственное, только, нас было двое, а пакетиков чая и кофе было всего по 2. На вечер не разгуляешься:)). Две бутылки воды в качестве приветствия. Но, это не проблема, т.к. из крана течет чистая и вкусная вода. В холодильнике–минибар (без спирного). Душ, туалет в номере. Горячая вода была всегда. Напор достаточный. Постельные принадлежности-без нареканий. Ежедневно уборка в номере. Качество приема телесигнала отличное, количество каналов достаточное. WiFi сигнал без нареканий. Завтраки европейского типа, разнообразные, всего достаточно. Все свежее и горячее. Если желаете выпить кофе, то его немедленно сварят на кухне. В вечернее время работает миниресторан с возможностью приема и доставки заказа в номер. Отель расположен во дворе жилых домов и потому очень тихо. В шаговой доступности несколько ресторанов (а дальше, еще больше), супермаркет с пунктом обмена валют, множество магазинов с ассортиментом на любой вкус и парковые аллеи. До Вернисажа минут 20 пешком. До станции метро–7 минут. Мы остались довольны своим пребыванием и нисколько не пожалели о выборе! Благодарим персонал отеля за гостеприимство и прекрасное обслуживание

Our specially designed apartments are located on the top floors of one of the historical buildings in very center of Yerevan. Or our rooms have windows. Windows in our Studio rooms are smaller than in our One Bedroom suites, which have French balconies. e are very careful when it comes to cleanliness of our rooms and surroundings. We would like to know , what precisely made you feel that it was not clean enough. Again we apologize for your bad experience. Очень хороший отель. Расположение замечательное - практически в центре. Персонал очень внимательный. Завтрак хороший - все вкусно и выбор приличный. Кабельное телевидение с кучей фильмов на русском. Номера небольшие, но вполне комфортные. Есть возможность заказать экскурсии прямо в отеле (рекомендую) с хорошими водителями (привет Галусту). Из недостатков - плохая звукоизоляция. Очень слышно как другие жильцы хлопают дверьми и топают по лестнице. Кто чутко спит - берите с собой беруши.

Un tranquillo hotel a Yerevan.
Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questo hotel semplice e accogliente. La camera era pulita, il personale gentile. L'unico neo è che l'hotel è in una traversa un po' nascosta rispetto alla via principale e può risultare difficile trovarlo.
