Room where we stayed was great with very nice view. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety and delicious. Staff are all welcoming and very approachable. Hotel is in the city center so it's easy to do sightseeing without any car. Overall a great experience.

The property was in a central location which was great for shopping, eating and touring. The only thing I was disappointed with was the size of the room which had no room for unpacking suit cases. Otherwise if you don't mind leaving mostly out of your suitcase it works out great. the staff was friendly and professional.

The property has a great location, was good value, was well maintained and had attentive staff. Carpets in halls need a deep cleaning or refresh. The breakfast option had good variety however would have felt it a better value if priced 4,000-5,000 dram. Overall, I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel overall. Amazing location, a few blocks from Republic Square. Even though I arrived at 3:00am, staff was friendly and check-in was easy. I also got a late checkout upon leaving (1:00pm instead of 12:00). Hotel was very clean and quiet. Only suggestion would be to have an electric kettle in room for tea.

I would recommend staying at Ibis Yerevan Center. If you are coming for the first time to Yerevan, especially for a short stay. It is the perfect location, close to the museums, Swan Lake, Opera, Cascade, Republic Square and.... You have restaurants at your feet and a great vibe without the noise. The rooms are well isolated with comfortable beds. The room is on the small side, but perfect for a short stay. The reception are very helpful with anything you need and there is a business corner with 2 computers available. Unfortunately the printers did not work, but reception were very friendly to print out anything you need. Breakfast was not included in any of the Ibis offers, so I can't evaluate it and decided to have breakfast at Paul instead, which is right around the corner.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. Rooms are missing coffee maker, iron, hygiene products. Unless you book premium room you don’t get coffee! Staff ties to be helpful, but… I got food poisoned, called the front desk in the middle of night, asked for help and no one called back to check on me. It’s a cheap hotel in very great location of the city. Hope corporate makes some upgrades to their service and rooms. Telephone cord in room too short, does not reach the nightstand, very much needed when I was sick and could not reach it… Do not take higher levels as electricity is on and off and elevator does not work at least few hours a day.
