We stayed here for one night. It was a good stay, and the staff were very nice and welcoming. However, our view was of an abandoned property and junkyard-like area, which didn’t give us a good feeling about our stay in this downtown area. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of options and pastries, plus we ordered an Armenian omelet, which was included. I recommend staying in this hotel overall.

Staff wouldn’t accommodate when i needed to downgrade my room for business expenses purposes. Good location. Lovely view from the breakfast restaurant. Super nice that they lend out umbrellas. Nice redo on an old soviet building, ALL staff need to be more customer oriented. Cleaning staff were great. Surprisingly the Robert Cavalli Shampoo/conditioner/soap was especially top notch.

Cute hotel with lots of charm
Very cosy hotel with lots of spirit! So different from chain hotels that just look so similar to each other. This hotel has lots of charm! Comfortable rooms, attentive staff, good food, great location!

I stayed at this hotel years ago and I can see the difference service was much better food was much better hotel stuff was more attentive when gave us a room I told them it’s very small specially bathroom and they told they will inform management and will get back to me which never happened. Next time will stay somewhere else for sure.

Rooms are spacious, but bathrooms are outdated. When entering the room, the windows were left open which allowed many flying bugs to enter the room. This was unpleasant. However, staff was very friendly and the location is unbeatable.

Nothing special very Outdated . But people were extremely nice. first night they put me in a room looking like a storage outlooking to a dumpster. That room was an insult. Breakfast was below the basics, mattress and pillows were not comfortable ,the whole Hotel smells like a department store with strong cheap air freshener . My new room was better but not good had broken shower door and some other stuff I took pictures The main hall by the piano had very dirty carpets. Great Location though would not recommend, for the price I paid there are many other better Hotels around Only reason I gave 2 stars because there were very nice and helpful people working in that hotel (except Giane)otherwise I would give it a one star

Coffee charge
At check-out I was charged for the morning coffee that I drank during breakfast even though breakfast was included in the room rent. This was a big surprise and something I have never experienced before. Please give coffee for free if guests have payed 15 USD for their breakfast. Otherwise the hotel was OK but too expensive and far from "luxury".

1. I was met with five star smile from doorman, receptionists...all personnel... something I do not come across often in pristine hotels across the globe. 2. If you have been traveling for more than a few hours, Deep Tissue Thai massage (she was actually from Thailand) is not a choice. I think its your only choice. It was so good that after 60 minutes, I asked her to go for another 30 minutes: spa amenities are great as well... sauna jacuzzi, pool open on rooftop only when weather is forgiving. 3. Live classic piano and violin would resonate the bar area from 6 pm to around 10 pm: I badly needed that relaxing atmosphere from having a bad jet-lag... 4. Breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant... great food with windows looking at the busy famous street Abovyan… really a cute place. 5. A lot of entertainment in walking distance... Tumanyan Khinkali House (half block), Martini Café for a quick bite or coffee (right next door to the hotel and dress to impress there as you will come across to local celebrities and show off LOL tourists), and my favorite boutique store for men one block away LaGalleria (Stefano ricci, D&G, Fendi, etc. etc. if you are up for some serious shopping). 6. There are so much more... I had a short three day stay and those are my experiences that I have enjoyed.
