Worth staying, great value for money

Amazing place, quiet, clean and service from the staff absolutely in top. If you do not know it, you will not know there is a hotel inside the building, but it is highly recommended. Direct in center, close to everything. Excellent parking in the basement, although you have to pay. Highly recommeded.

Great place! We had a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry machine (we brought our own detergent sheets). Separate bedroom and a large pull out sofa in living room. Air conditioner in both rooms worked very well. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Plenty of toiletries. Surprisingly, no dish soap to wash dishes by hand or in the included dishwasher, but they gave us one pod upon asking. There was always someone working the front desk 24/7 and each person was very helpful. Everyone spoke Russian, and English well. Location is a bit hard to find, but is in the very center and super convenient. Happy we stayed here!

entrance is difficult to find

The entrance was hard to find. The restaurant names were not written in English even though they sent me an email in advance, so it was even more difficult to find. It would be better if they wrote the hotel name on the entrance door at least.

We stayed during my birthday weekend and so got a free upgrade and a cake! Appreciate the hosts and hostesses! I am sorry I forgot to take the names but it was Ms. Catherine if I can remember. The hotel is newly renovated and very clean. Location was near Republic Square and nearby dining options are great. Looking forward to going back to Armenia!

Amazing location and room

The stay has been amazing.The staff are really friendly and guide you through any clarifications required.They are in the strategic center and everything is accessible in walking dist. Furthermore the rooms are amazing with huge washrooms, properly maintained and cleaned everyday. Special thanks to Karen and David who helped us with the late check out ..Love it overall..Nothing negative to mention. Will definitely stay here when we are in Yerevan again :)

Centrally located, exceptionally clean and modern. Staff especially the ones at the reception were extremely polite and very helpful. Unfortunely we got a room without a window so no natural light and we couldn't tell if its day or night and so our diurnal rhythm was off, and it was too close to the reception which meant noise and light caused sleep problems. With a better room it would have been a perfect stay.

This place was in the heart of Yerevan, very convenient and close to everything, super clean, everything was new, very helpful staff, great service. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Highly recommend it. Didn’t offer breakfast or dinner, but this was fine for us, we wanted to explore the cuisine of the city and not just the hotels. Stayed both at a major hotel and here, this felt more like our home. Had a clean small kitchenette (brand new) but didn’t need it. Combined washer and dryer, although brand new, it just didn’t do a great job and had to run for 3 hours. Only negative. Highly recommend. Would stay here again when I return to Yerevan.
