Super location and super staff

Sinara in the reception was exceptional. And both her and all her colleagues in the reception were all welcoming, super helpful, always smiling and service minded. Very, very friendly and charming people. Not to forget all the nice staff of the breakfast room and of course also the cleaning lady who made our room look impeccable every day. Rather small double room but still functional. Good bed.

The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the main sights of Yerevan, making it very convenient for exploring the city on foot. The hotel is centrally located. It is clean and modern. The hotel restaurant serves excellent food, and there is also a lounge area on ground level and a cafe next door. Most importantly, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and all employees are multilingual. If you need anything, whether directions or the nearest foreign currency exchange location, all you have to do is ask and the wonderful staff will provide you with the information you are looking for and more. Great experience.

The hotel is well situated as far as restaurants/shops it has limited parking.The staff are all super friendly and efficient and are happy to help with local knowledge. Rooms a little smaller than other Marriotts I’ve stayed it is a conversion from a former office.

I loved this hotel: it’s new, clean, beautiful, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The only downside is the strange system with the windows not opening—you have to ask the hotel to open the window for you, and then if you want to close it, you have to ask them again—and it being a bit too loud if the room is by the elevator. I wish the doors were a bit more soundproof. Otherwise, it’s perfect.

Beautiful hotel recently opened, staff was very friendly housekeeping was generally excellent except for a couple of times. The rooms are rather smaller than most unless you have a suite. Nowhere to put your clothes. Very awkward shelving and cabinetry, despite the attractive layout of the room, they really missed the mark when it came to having drawers or shelves to allow people to put their clothes. This is especially problematic for longer stays. Hotel does not have any laundry facilities. You have to send everything out, which can get expensive but overall a good experience with a Hip and modern vibe.
