Very clean hotel and room. The room was a little cramped but everything else was very good. Breakfasts are nice too. Mr. Manuel at the door is probably one of the friendliest people you will meet in Yerevan.

Elegant hotel that is well maintained and extremely clean. I mean like I could eat off the floor clean. Great location midway between the train station and Republic Square, it's directly behind the new cathedral and has easy access to the center of Yerevan, local shops and restaurants. Staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Amazing breakfast buffet served with mix of Indian, Armenian and English breakfast items. I traveled with an infant who fell ill and needed hospitalization, the staff assisted me in getting to the Children's hospital. As I spent my visit to Yerevan in hospital, we're going back and have booked into Ange again!

I was not happy that I was unable to use the breakfast service. It was not accessible until 8.30. I went out on tours at 8.00. I have been to innumerable hotels and breakfast has been served from 7.00, sometimes even from 6.00. I don’t know the rationale behind waiting until 8.30 to open for breakfast but I can’t judge the quality on offer since I wasn’t able to sample it although I stayed there for four days. The front desk staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Assisted me with taxis and laundry. I just expected to have had breakfast to start the day.

The property was quite a distance from the main attractions. I am used to walking but for some it might be too much. The breakfast was adequate but served too late for the start of many ofbthe trips which were at least a half hours walk away. If they had opened up an hour earlier say at 7am it would have been a lot better.

The bed could be a little bit more comfortable. Especially if pillows will be lighter and softer. Any thing else is just fine. Highly recommend for a few days staying. You will have a good experience with cleaning and all another service.
