"Whoever manages this property is horrible! We spent 3-4 hours trying to get a hold of the host. We couldn’t find the place because it’s all new developments. This place is located on top of a coffee shop. The employees at the coffee shop had no idea what was going on. There were 3 separate people telling us to go to different locations. No one showed up to meet with us to show the property. It was such a disaster!!!! Avoid this place at all cost! The host messaged me back after 2 hours trying to...

"We loved meeting the Trinh family, they were very sweet and helpful during our stay, and obviously took pride in their home. The location was excellent, a short walk from the beach and walkable (or a quick Grab ride) to the markets and the town centre. Plenty of eateries in the immediate area. "This listing is a scam, beware. They will take your money and then force you to leave or move to a lower quality room. They contacted me through WhatsApp instead of the hotel.com app. We met others that they did it to as well. This place is lying. Also, the roomed reeked of mildew, was fairly dirty, and the deadbolt was broken...we felt unsafe and left very quickly to get away."
