Great place to stay. Close to shops, restaurants, and the hotel is beautiful. We stayed for one night and returning again. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the amazing views.
Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family. The staff is so nice and helpful.
Our place to stay next time we travel to Vietnam.

I had an excellent time at this hotel! The staff was truly amazing, especially Chloe, and they were truly kind every step of the way. It was my first time solo traveling, and they made me feel so welcome in a new place. Highly recommend!

The shining hotel was a lovely place to stay in Hanoi. The rooms and staff were lovely and really enjoyed the pool/bar area, especially at night. The staff were fantastic as it was very hot and they did a great job up there
