"Just occasionally we come across a property that exceeds all our expectations. Internally every facility was provided, well furnished throughout in a very stylish manner. Both the kitchen and bathroom were modern and well maintained, making our stay extremely comfortable. The big big plus are the views from the lounge and garden both provided a breathtaking outlook along the coast toward Burgh Island and giving beautiful land and seascapes plus the most fantastic sunsets. "This little house is in a brilliant and quiet location in a really nice part of Exmouth. It’s full off character (and superb art) and the rear terrace area is lovely. Everywhere in the town is within easy reach of the house and it’s a very comfortable place to spend a few days. Can’t fault it!"
