"This hotel was great and noticeably a level above other available properties. Had one of the best night's sleep here I'm not sure if their mattresses are different but these are extremely comfortable rooms and the property is very well kept a model example for other hotels and the chain"

"I’d never traveled to NY and had traveled all the way from the city. The drive was rude and it triggered my asthma. The lady at the front desk was very kind concerned, offered me water, was able to get me in my rm right away so that I could rest. Beds were very comfortable it was clean quiet and affordable. I’m a woman and was traveling alone I felt extremely safe. I appreciate the kind staff so much and when I visit this will be my go to. "

"Very spacious and comfortable room with a nice view of downtown White Plains. I could’ve stayed in bed all day, so comfortable. Location is easy to access via a short walk from Metro North (we came from Brooklyn) and the downtown area is full of shops and restaurants that are all walkable. The in-room dining was delicious and delivered by friendly, caring staff. We also dined at Red Horse and it was so good we had another meal there the next day. "
