"- hotel is promised with pool and gym. Was told they cost ¥258 extra; excuse me! One main reason we pick to stay is for a gym in China. We also picked it because it has a pool. Hotel does not even allow us to visit the pool without paying.
- room is filthy. And very dark and think hotel hopes guest will not see the stained filthy carpet and bed. Wires to lamp were broken.
- AC or heat keeps going and broken. Can not adjust and no window. Crazy place like a dark room in movie. We got a...
