"This is not a traditional hotel. You check in at a hostel (which was challenging to find, even with GPS), but if you have one of the apartments booked, it is not at that same location. "Olala Go Madrid is located in the Puente de Vallecas section of Madrid. Walking, the number one line of the Metro is 7 to 10 minutes away. Using this line, several tourist sites are minutes away. The apartment itself is quite comfortable, though you could hear people talking outside late into the morning house. The unit is well stocked with essential items. Our unit was on the ground floor, but it was high enough that pedestrians could not easily look in. Wi-Fi is totally acceptable....

"Visiting from Connecticut, USA. The best part of my stay was the staff. Miguel at the Front Desk was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. Ary and Lola at the dining area were great. The hotel needs update on the key lock and other amenities. I will give the 5 star for the nice staff they have, and for the cleaness. Not so much for the hotel appearance. "
